UI/UX Designer

About the Role

This is product design for real, complex software: internal operations platforms, B2B SaaS applications, and mobile apps used daily by people whose job depends on them. You will work directly with engineers from kickoff through delivery, so your designs need to survive contact with implementation. We care far more about clear information architecture and interaction thinking than about dribbble-ready screens.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end flows for web and mobile products — user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Turn ambiguous client requirements into structured, testable interface decisions.
• Produce interactive prototypes for client review and usability testing.
• Partner with engineers through implementation and review the built UI against the design.
• Run and synthesise user research and usability sessions where the project calls for it.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years designing web and mobile products, with a portfolio showing process and not just final screens.
• Expert-level Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction patterns, and responsive design.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design to them.
• Enough familiarity with HTML/CSS and component-based frontends to design what can actually be built.
• Experience designing data-dense dashboards or admin platforms is a strong plus.
