About the Role

We want someone who treats social as a growth channel, not a posting chore. You will own the content calendar end to end: what we say, where we say it, and what it returns. Weblaud sells engineering services to a technical B2B audience, so the bar is credibility — you will be turning real project work, architecture decisions, and engineering insights into content that a CTO would actually stop scrolling for.

What You'll Do

  • Own the content strategy and publishing calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Write posts, captions, and short-form scripts in Weblaud’s voice for a technical B2B audience.
  • Work with design and engineering to turn case studies and technical insights into social-ready content.
  • Grow followers, engagement, and inbound leads against agreed monthly targets.
  • Run and optimise paid social campaigns within budget.
  • Report on performance monthly with real analysis of what to change, not just screenshots of metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years managing social accounts for a brand or agency, ideally B2B or tech.
  • Demonstrable growth results — bring numbers and the story behind them.
  • Excellent written English; you will be writing copy that ships without heavy editing.
  • Hands-on with scheduling and analytics tooling (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of paid social setup, targeting, and budget management.
  • Enough technical literacy to write credibly about software engineering topics.
